BEST WEB HOST EVER
Lunarpages is the best by far the best hosting for emails and our websites. Our company needs to send out unlimited emails a day and lunarpages is the only company that can accommodate our needs. We have tried the other "known" companies, but I will never ever use those companies again. Lunarpages can accommodate all your needs and the service support is the best in class. Support has improved!
I've been a LunarPages customer for years, as well as a customer of several other hosting companies/registrars. Sure there was a time when support was a bit mediocre, but it truly feels like they're re-addressing their dedication to customer service. The people spoke, LunarPages listened. I had a rather complicated issue this week, involving several domains, mixed accounts, etc. I spoke with Ashley (Billing Dept. I believe). Her communication was stellar, she called back when promised, and resolved my issue way before I expected. What should have been a 5 day process was resolved in 2. A big thanks to LunarPages - Ashley in particular. This was a great experience and I will continue to be a customer for years to come.

Kevin Wang is the most helpful representative, technical or otherwise, that I've dealt with in the many years I have called in and spoken with employees. Courteous, proactive and able to translate technical terms and concepts into easy to understand decisions for customers. Clear and personable pre-sales quality phone presence and makes a somewhat intimidating process transparent and gives confidence to the user calling in.

Brute force attack and earlier issues
The Lunar Pages support team just resolved a brute force attack on my website without me even contacting them. I saw the site go down and was tired anyway, so I just went to bed. When I got up, the site was working fine and a new defense against brute force attacks had been added. On previous occasions when the site has gone down, which have been few I have been able to contact someone promptly and the team has worked assiduously to get it back up, giving me suggestions for plug-ins to prevent further occurrences in the future. I've been able to chat with them online, and they are always courteous and professional and do their best to contact every available member of the team including supervisors. Given that my site is somewhat complex (it's on online newspaper), and it gets a fair amount of trafficking, I feel that their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and hope the whole team gets a good raise for the work they do!
